Students in Mrs. Cross’s Family and Consumer Science classes at Sullivan High School recently participated in the Baskets of Cheer program. The students collected hygiene items in laundry baskets, which are then distributed by the Area 7 Agency on Aging and Disabled Services to assist the local elderly in need. “I think it is important for students to learn to give back all year long,” said Mrs. Cross.
