At Sullivan Elementary we believe in the power of strong personal relationships as the foundation for learning and growth. Our mission is to foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Grounded in the most up-to-date research in literacy instruction, we empower students to become successful readers, critical thinkers and lifelong learners. It is our hope that in collaboration with families, we are able to inspire curiosity, creativity and passion in all of our students.

Our vision at Sullivan Elementary is to create a supportive and welcoming environment where every student achieves proficiency in reading at grade level. We envision a school community where diversity is celebrated, and every student is included in meaningful learning experiences. Through a commitment to kindness, respect, and empathy, we foster a culture where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our goal is to empower each student with the skills, knowledge, and character traits necessary to succeed as compassionate leaders and engaged global citizens.
