CAREER RESOURCE CENTER

About the CRC: The new Southwest School Corporation Career Resource Center (CRC) is a place for students to receive deliberate, coordinated, and age-appropriate career education. At the CRC, students learn about college and career opportunities and dual credit classes, and receive career counseling and assistance with college applications and scholarships.

The Career Resource Center is made possible through a grant received from Lilly Endowment Inc. as part of the Endowment’s Comprehensive Counseling Initiative for Indiana’s K-12 students.  The dual position of college connection coach and career coach is provided for through a strategic partnership between the school corporation and Ivy Tech Community College.
